  • Mental fitness is the active development & maintenance of a good mental health. At Remap, we specialise in the technique of visualisation; weight training for your mind.

    Visualisation, also called mental rehearsal, is one of the most powerful mental training techniques in the world, used by top athletes to perform at their best. It is the process of pre-experiencing thoughts, environments & feelings in your mind. In this event, we’ll teach you how it works and how you can apply it to build unstoppable confidence.

  • The session will be led by Maya Raichoora, one of the UK’s leading visualisation experts with a decade of experience practicing the technique.

    At the age of 15, Maya was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, an incurable Irritable Bowel Disease. Crippled with physical & mental pain, she was told she had very little hope. After learning and practising visualisation, the technique saved her life, Maya is now on a mission to help others do the same.

  • Our new Mental Fitness Live weekend event is designed for both beginners & seasoned mental fitness practitioners. We’ll build from the basics, progressing towards deeper insight into the techniques we teach.

    This session is specifically crafted to help you build unstoppable confidence. It takes our monthly events to the next level.

  • No!! While mindfulness meditation and visualisation are both mental training techniques, they are very different. Think of it like badminton & rugby - both are sports but there’s a big difference between the two.

    Mindfulness meditation is a deconstructive process. You are developing the skill to observe & understand your patterns of thought & behaviour. Visualisation is a constructive practice. You are developing the skill to rewire your mind to improve your patterns of thought & behaviour.

    This makes visualisation a much more proactive and powerful technique for working towards your goals, such as building unstoppable confidence.
