Maya Raichoora
Maya is one of the UK’s leading mental fitness & visualisation experts. She coaches C-suites, business owners & elite athletes to become the top 1% of their field by mastering their mind and performance.
A decade ago, Maya was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis, an inflammatory bowel disease. She endured crippling physical, emotions & mental pain. Visualisation saved her life & now she is teaching this powerful technique to others.

Ben heads up the community at Remap using his background in behavioural design & technology.
During secondary school, he experienced Generalised Anxiety Disorder presenting as social anxiety & other mental health issues. In his recovery, Ben learnt that just as his mind could negatively impact every area of his life - it could be trained to become his greatest asset.
It took Ben years of trial & error to get mentally fit. He want to help others learn from his mistakes & train their mind to perform at their best & love the process.

Each guided visualisation is like a workout routine. You don’t change your routine everyday, you build up your strength through consistently practicing the same one.
Since we launched the core 15, we continue to regularly add new visualisations requested by members of the community.
