Monday morning checklist for optimum mental health

An alarm clock on a side of bed table

A 5-minute checklist for starting your week off right.

Do these anywhere - in bed, in the shower, at your desk on the bus.

Your sleep is a reflection of the day before, not the day ahead. The day ahead starts with your morning so make it intentional.

Here is a checklist to get you into the zone for a day of productivity and contentment. Each element is quick but important. Write them down, keep them in eye-sight on a morning and commit to doing them all.

Here’s your morning mental health checklist
